There still some aftershocks happening as of this moment. This tragic event has been reported as one of the most disastrous earthquake that has hit Japan. The country is now experiencing a double disaster-- tsunami and earthquakes. Another thing to worry about is the AFTERMATH of all of this -- the extent of damage, people trapped in rubbles, homeless families, lack of transportation and electricity, cost of damage and repair, rescue operations, etc.
NHK update (as of 8:35pm CST, March 11, 2011): 427 dead and 720 missing
Other concerns are the nuclear power plants that threatens to have radioactive leak to spread, continuous aftershocks, and another rumor of a bigger tsunami to hit Japan again.
This disastrous calamity has already spread like wildfire across the internet and is the main topic of every news station across the globe.

With this kind of tragedy, it suddenly hit me with the idea -- "is this the beginning for the so-called prediction "End of the World"?!?!" But at times like this its time to be united to help countries that are in need of help. Its good to know that the UN has already made a declaration to help the Japanese people.
~~**praying for the safety of Japanese people**~~
