Playful Kiss/Mischievous Kiss: (My) Drama Review

Mischievous Kiss
While watching, it somehow reminds me of "It Started with a Kiss" (starring Ariel Lin and Joe Cheng). With a little research, i finally proved my theory that both dramas are related. Both were based on the Japanese shoujo manga "Itazura na Kiss" by Tada Kaoru. Come to think of it there are 3 versions of the same story plot with their own twist of story.. ;p

Japanese: Itazura na Kiss (DramaWiki)
Korean: Mischievous Kiss (DramaWiki)
Taiwanese: It Started with a Kiss (DramaWiki)

Honestly, i got bored watching the first few episode of this drama maybe because I still can't get over from the previous kdrama that i watched before this. (XD until now I can't stop singing and humming the OST of You're Beautiful.. talk about LSS!!)  though the last 3 episodes were really good and finally got me hooked. Being patient in watching some of the boring parts made me appreciate the last 3 episodes more than ever... (^0^)

The reason why i got interested in watching this is because of the lead actor, Kim Hyun Joong (Yoon Ji Hoo of Boys Over Flowers). At first, I thought he was Jung Yong Hwa (Kang Shin Woo of You're Beautiful) because they pretty much look alike (or maybe not XDD).

Yoon Ji Hoo (Boys Over Flowers) and Kang Shin Woo (You're Beautiful)

Plus, both of them had the same kind of role in their own dramas... the quiet type.

Another thing that I like about this drama is the reenactment of some of the scenes by teddy bears at the end of each episode. So cute!! Its just like in the drama "Princess Hours".

Next on my watch list "Code Blue Season 2". I had enough watching love dramas.. its time for some serious dramas... "Dr. Heli....Engine start!"

Code Blue Season 2 - starring Yamashita Tomohisa, Erika Toda and Aragaki Yui
