Ninomiya Kazunari Goes Blond for New Drama

"Arashi's Ninomiya Kazunari is in for a big change as he dyed his hair blond for his upcoming drama in 24-hour TV. The special drama is titled, "Kuruma Isu de Boku Na Sora wo Tobu" (I will fly to the sky on a wheelchair!).

The 28 year-old Johnny's talent will be playing a guy from a broken family who became a delinquent due to lack of proper guidance. After he got crippled at 15-year old, he decided to mend his wrong ways by becoming a counselor and helps to reform those in similar situation as him.

It has been 10 years since Ninomiya have dyed his hair blonde; Ninomiya said in a TV interview that the rest of Arashi members were dumbfounded with his new hair color.

"Kuruma Isu de Boku Na Sora wo Tobu" will air on 24-hour TV starting Aug 25th."

Arashi’s Aiba Masaki meets Jack Bauer on “Arashi ni Shiyagare”

Hollywood star Kiefer Sutherland made an appearance on Arashi’s variety show, “Arashi ni Shiyagare“, which was broadcasted on December 11th.

Aiba Masaki got to meet Mr. Jack Bauer on the “Michi tono Sougu Shiyagare” corner, in which an Arashi member gets to learn a special skill from the guest. Kiefer came on to instruct Aiba on how to achieve a godlike body like his, and told him, ”Today, I came here to try to help you out with that, we can put you through a couple training sessions if you would like.”

TOKIO & Arashi to hijack the TV for New Year’s Eve

It’s been reported that two variety shows featuring JE groups will be broadcasted in a “relay style” for New Year’s Day. Running for five and a half hours, the two shows have been identified as “THE Ultraman DASH Kiseki no 3-pun kan wo Mokugeki seyo” and “Arashi ni Shiyagare New Year’s Day 2.5 hours special“.
